6. Scheduling & Project Timelines
Project start dates and completion schedules are estimates only. Delays may occur due to
weather conditions, permit approvals, material shortages, supplier delays, customer-requested
changes, labor availability, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our
reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of scheduling
updates.
7. Pricing & Payment Terms
Pricing is outlined in the approved estimate or project contract. Depending on the nature
of the project, deposits, milestone payments, or progress payments may be required.
Final payment is due according to the payment schedule specified in the signed agreement
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Materials & Product Availability

availability. If selected materials become unavailable or discontinued, we may recommend
comparable alternatives that provide similar quality and functionality. Such substitutions

9. Permits & Inspections

10. Warranty

11. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation charges may apply if materials have already been purchased, permits secured,
labor scheduled, or work has commenced. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever
